Strawberries with Ricotta Cream

From Kristi's Kitchen


1/4 c. organic ricotta cheese
1/4 c. organic whole fat plain yogurt
1 1/2 tsp. organic raw honey
1/4 tsp. sugar free vanilla
Pinch of sea salt to taste

1 c. sliced organic strawberries


-Combine all ingredients except strawberries
-Taste and adjust for the sweet/salty balance 
-Spoon over sliced strawberries and serve

This recipe makes 2 -1/2 cup servings... perfect for an end of the day snack or to curb the dessert craving...
